Many people do not handle the fine line differently between Anxiety vs. Panic disorder until they have lived through both. When my mind started with alot of thoughts and when my heart would not calm down. I realized something  deep that hurts me alot that I learned to understand the difference, and understanding that difference changed everything. On the change in how to understand your mental health and heal from it.

Now that I have learned the other side of Anxiety vs. Panic disorder. Panic attacks are the moments that take you by surprise. The next, your body is shaking, and your chest is tight, and you feel like you are losing your control or even dying the next. 

Unlike anxiety, panic attack episodes are short and extreme. Your heartbeat is fast, or it feels harder to breathe; your mind goes through the overthinking, and I’m losing my control.

I will never forget my first panic attack. I learned what I thought was a heart attack. My hands were sweaty, and I could not take a breath. When the doctor explained that It was not a heart problem but a panic attack. Which helped me understand the difference between Anxiety and Panic disorder.

Anxiety is a normal emotional alert, your brain way of saying. Everyone experiences it sometimes; it might be off. Everyone feels uneasy sometimes, like before an interview or big decisions. But when anxiety becomes endless, it can turn into an anxiety problem.

With Anxiety vs. Panic disorder. Anxiety comes slowly, building over time with never-ending doubts. You might feel restless and peace or unable to relax. I spent many nights awake. My thoughts are endless. This is my first event with the anxiety that is the hardest part of my life.
